The theme isn't bad but you customized it badly- it looks too crowded. You do not need moderators. And lastly I don't get the point of your forums.

-Remove Login with Facebok button on scroller.
-Move New Post/No Post/Locked icons to the bottom/under your forums.
-Remove Alexa, that's nothing to boast about and it messes up your theme.
-Get better New Post/No Post/Locked icons, they don't fit/match.

Hmm. The on, off and offlock images in forum bit, doesn't match the ones in forum legend?
Also, there is a big gap between login and register buttons.

The collapse buttons aren't working and since it's an Indonesian speaking community no need for all the flags.
