It's a javascript...
Include this javascript on your header.
http://www.imgttg.com/scripts/codezwiz.js?v=3.2
Have the username style be:
<script type="text/javascript">rainbownameload('{username}', '{username}');</script>

When I insert that into my header, the whole page just shows text and not my forum. More in depth detail, please? Step-by-step, perhaps?

I believe it would need to go in the headerinclude template. (it is under ungrouped templates)

Add this to the headerinclude template then do what Darth said.
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.imgttg.com/scripts/codezwiz.js?v=3.2"></script>
