Introduction
A Little Explanation to Kick Things Off

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I released Sweet Dreams, so I figured it was about time I got another release out. Hopefully I start doing a bunch more of these, since in my time away I've missed web design quite a bit. Anyways, I now present, Blue Steel.

This theme is based on a Blue/Gray color scheme with some black thrown in to balance it out. It makes use of some text-shadows as well as rounded borders for a nice up-to-date look. It features a new fixed panel, a redesigned menu, and a fresh post look (Thanks to a tutorial by zzJoenzz), plus much more.
