That's a good start

Though there are a few changes I would make. The icons seem cramped; especially on the postbit buttons. Either make them smaller or add some space from the border and the text. Another thing that seems to big is the breadcrumb navigation. The same thing applies with that as with the postbit buttons but also with the text there too.

And maybe try either a white or light blue color for the thead text/link color. It's hard to read the text so that would make it easier to see.
