Bug with Account Switcher
Using this plugin:

Is fantastic, but if you delete an account that is linked, you get massive SQL errors and it locks you out of the website entirely if you had been logged onto that account before (without resetting your cache on your browser).
We have deleted inactive accounts and lost members because they were unable to get back onto the site. After resetting their cache and trying to login to a non-deleted account that was linked to a deleted account, the error message shows up again and they are locked out.
Any answers to this?
