portal.php is a file that you can find in the root of your forum, example:

The link to MyBB community is: http://community.mybb.com/index.php
The link to the portal of MyBB community is: http://community.mybb.com/portal.php

Delete the portal.php file using any FTP client!

In your forum's folder.
