When I attempt to access my forum I get this error message.

if you have access to the database then run repair query for mybb_sessions

REPAIR TABLE  `mybb_sessions`

Run this query in phpMyAdmin:

REPAIR TABLE `mybb_sessions`;

Would it be possible for you to give a step by step process in running the query?

if you have phpmyadmin as the database manager then follow this : running queries ...

Looks like my host does not have phpmyadmin.

What else can be done?

then what do you have for managing the databases ? do you remember how you installed myBB ?

It was a long time ago I would have to read up on it again. Oh and now it looks like I cant access my host account. Something is very wrong.
