I guess you are running this on a local host
response :-
Requested URL http://localhost:50080/forum/install/index.php
Physical Path C:\Websites\Park Your Domain\CmsWeb\forum\install\index.php

it would appear the local host is off line or is not configured correctly perhaps it would be an idea to host the site else where rather than a local host. local host is good for testing but not good for a running site ,, give me the access & I'll configure it to work
oh ok let me talk to my host to talk to him.

ok
I needed to wait for Domain to something.. It's all done now... So I have no idea what to do.. Because I think I have hosting on it.

Ok I still can not find the folder you upload the forum software to .. can you give the full address to the upload
k got a new host new everything... now I got it to this far:

http://www.rcbashing.org

Whats the install url?

kk got it to http://www.rcbashing.org/forum but I want it to go to it when there is a rcbashing.org 2.... how would I do that..

Also my board is all screwed up how do I fix that?
sorry for being impatient but I know it's a simple fix and I was just wondering if any of you knew what it was...
^ first change the Board URL in admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> General Configuration
AND then move the contents of ./forum to upper directory (public_html)
I can't login for some reason.... I know it's the right passowrd and username... And I already did move it.
^ :forgot: cookie path also needs change at the General Configuration ...
