This is why it's so hard to choose a host, as there are so many mix reviews, Sad.

Reviews on WHT are legit. Try starting a thread there and you'd be surprised on the responses you get there. Tell them that you're new to hosting. They'll understand.

Part of the rules at WHT is that they can't recommend hosts that they don't have experience with. If they do, moderators have to check if it's true.
Ah, thanks so much! I'll definitely post a thread there.
Thanks everyone!
Post here again when you have finally chosen a reliable host Smile

Will do!
HostGator is the best host around, not doubt. There prices are a little bit higher but your getting your money's worth. GoDaddy hosting is very bad, they don't even have cPanel. They have like GoPanel or some crap like that.
I'm running http://synthd.com & http://compuboard.com off http://mybbwebhost.com lovin' it.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Hostgator is the worst host money can buy. Its you and hundreds of thousands of other people cramped onto one tiny server just like godaddy.
Try Montecarlohosting

Over at SMF website. There is a long list of satisfied customers, who posted in a couple threads, telling about how they like this host.

I have used it for over two years now.
