Check his whois - I did so yesterday. He seems to have used his real name, so you can even phone him and spook him out

I guess contacting the site owner might not help as
the referred site's footer says :

yet it uses DMCA protection stamp !!
Those lines on the footer don't mean anything. However, if he's hosted offshore, which he most likely is, then you'll have a hard time deleting the links.
practically, we are promoting such sites by discussing about taking action on them with sites links !!
