I Have Installed Csf But it makes Server Run Slow
I would guess that something is wrong then. I have a VPS running a LAMP LEMP stack, and it works fine.

Csf doesn't usually have that effect...are you sure it's not just the server being slow?
When I Installed Csf Server became very slow
Run the following and paste the output here:
top
iostat
Check your deny IP limit, if it's larger than what your server can actually handle, you'll have a lot of troubles.

Well No Firewall Is Working Out With My Server It Keeps Getting Down
Some Users Opening Multiple Requests on server that causing it to get down & Still I Couldnt Find Solution
What's your server specs?
If Someone Open Multiple Requests On Server it Will Get Down Easily

Then you haven't configured it correctly. Running it on my local box with no issues.
