I Have tried csf -r

but command not found
Have you tried

sudo /root/csf/csf -r

Odd, CSF is at /usr/sbin on my VPS, I think.

Try running a "whereis csf" in the command line.

I Have tried whereis csf i just got this

Yeah, that's where it should be installed to but @Marks-Mans seems to have a weird setup of some kind.
I Have Currently Re installed But Had Same Problem

Well you have some weird case then. I have never seen my installs go to /root.
Follow these steps to install/reinstall and see if it works:
