I used to use Hosting24 until the blocked my account for using too much CPU. Now I'm waiting until I can afford a dedicated server.

I use 000webhost, as I don't have the cash for a paid host yet.

Only one active at the moment. But I've already used the services of those three.

I'm currently with WebFaction. But, can recommend a few hosts.
