It may just be a combination of factors. Without seeing a full list of everything it would be hard to say. Maybe your host could narrow it down to a single file. It depends on their monitoring software Confused

Who is your host? Sound awful. They work around the cloud to keep customers happy?

If you take your site seriously, buy proper hosting. Not too much to ask, sounds like you're paying enough too.
