There was but the thread in question mysteriously vanished.
It was unapproved and closed due to reasons best left not known.

Thats fair enough, after all i read what was in it and it could cause arguments.
it was a thread i created showing all the abusive negative reps, so chris decided to close the rep system.
I managed to read that topic and I think the decision was pretty right.
yer i think it was a good decision, but not everyones rep got abused.
Why is there still a "Vote" button when the rep is disabled?
Its been fixed in the latest code already.
