Hi Guys
I am still using 1.1.5 and I have placed the Easy Adv. Banner plugin and changed a few things, can I just do a patch like I have done previously or do I have to re-install.
Also if I don't want people to be able to upload avatars, images, pdf etc. do I simply remove the list in admin? Just didn't want to remove if I was changing things unsuitably.

1.1.5!! @_@ My advice, update to 1.1.8 now!

OK shall do but can I simply patch so I don't lose the changes I have made?

If you have made changes to the core files and don't want to loose any changes, you have to apply each patch for each version.

I uploadded the 1.1.7 files to the forum from my XAMPP copy that I have and everything's fine now.

i am not know how to update pls help me

As I assume you plan on upgrading to 1.2 (due to your reply in that thread), you do not need to update to 1.1.8 first.
