Have done lot of changes to my forum now.
1. Reduced the header height considerably
2. Added a tab menu
3. New navigation breadcrumb
4. Removed all the menu bars and the welcome blocks. Thereby moving my main content up
5. Instead of the elements removed in point 4, added a jquery slider panel.
6. The slider will have the forum links, social icons, login panel and welcome block guest. Once logged in the login panel will change to welcome panel and the registration notice will change to user links like user cp, new posts, private messaging etc.
7. Merged many forums which were not related to the niche.
Maybe a bit to many sections and a domain name that isn't that great with .co.in at the end.
Still the forum tabs are a huge improvement over how the others do it (not even caring to change them in the slightest way).
Two suggestions besides the amount of sections i would have are:
- the search button change the color to match the black color of the forum or the blue color of the logo.
- The "TechTimes: Technology Help and Discussion Forums" same suggestion here change it to the black of the forum or the dark blue of the logo.
One thing i have to really give you though is, you dont just give up even with all the negative feedback you have received you have used that to improve your forum. Which is something you dont see that often in the showcase section.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that it's an indian based forum where .co.in makes sense.

managed to fix the slider in right place and reduced the header width further
Hate the logo, looks pretty awful and I think it would be better without the magnifying glass and globe bit. Your use of casing in "Your Search for Technology ends here" isn't balanced, typography makes a difference. No idea what the favicon is supposed to be. The disclaimer font size needs to be reduced a bit.
Despite that you do have a few things I actually like, it's like someone else done below the header it's so different. I don't really like tabs but you made yours look good, not the same as the overused MyTabs look. You chose a nice clean theme. Most importantly you post a lot of threads despite low activity, this is key. Most people create a forum and maybe create 5-10 threads and expect it to fill like a pool. I would say you should post in each others threads as right now "Posts" is almost equal to "Threads" everywhere which looks a bit bad (Our members have made a total of 658 posts in 640 threads). Make sure your threads encourage replies, if you're copying and pasting a story add a few lines at the bottom to get people talking.
Also you mentioned you started a blog, make an obvious link to it somewhere, if I discovered your forums I'd never know you had a blog and make sure to do the same in reverse, make an obvious link to forums from the blog.
You guys seem committed so good luck with it.

yeah link to the blog and the vice-versa is already there in the menu, if you had opened the slider menu
and yeah the favicon was pretty old, how do i change it. i mean i changed the file on the server but its not showing up on site

Shows up for me. Try clearing your cache or just wait a bit and it'll show up for you soon
What's up with the pornographic pop-up advertisements? You're submitting to ad monetization when you have very little content and member quota?

To piggy back what Anxiety said.. way too many sections, free domain, overused theme, poor logo..
These things need to be corrected (and should have been prior to showcasing)
I was under the impression that showcasing your forum was a way to obtain constructive feedback on things to improve upon.
