Have you edited your htaccess file by any chance? If yes then could you please paste the entire code of it using [code] tags?
If this isn't your forum, you can't access the forum due to it being hacked.
If it is, go to your /cpanel > Redirects > and then delete the redirect.
It has nothing to do with .htaccess, or cPanel redirects,
just delete the file "index.htm" Wink

.htaccess (and your web server config) indicates which files to show if someone browsers to a folder. Normal candidates include index.htm, index.html, default.htm, default.html, and index.php.

It looks like someone uploaded a file which has higher precedence than index.php. Check your forum directory and delete that file. Then you need to double check your permissions so that no one else can write files into your forum root (or any non-upload directory).
Please post your FTP and MyBB admin and cPanel login info in a new thread in the Private Inquiries forum. Threads you post there can only be seen by yourself and staff, everything within the forum is confidential. By posting your details in that forum, all staff members will be able to look at your problem and provide a solution. Also, please provide a link in your new thread to your post/thread here so staff can see all other information given/discovered so far.

that is what i just said. It's index.htm....

goto http://devzone.elementfx.com/forums/index.htm

the file is there. He doesn't need to give any login details, all he has to do is delete the 'index.htm' file.

And by default, index.htm(l) has higher priority to display than index.php
Is it possible that a hacker have created a similar link what is directing you to this hacker site? You can block such or report such specific sites manually or with help of special security programs.
