Could you please post a link to your site and demo account details? Have you recently modified the reputation templates in any way or installed any plugins affecting reputation?

sure my website is www.thinking-game.com, there is no demo account but i only reverted the rep templates and no i have not installed any plugins that affect the reputatuion

Could you please create a testing account then so I can actually see the issue?
