Yes, but it won't actually do anything. Anybody can take an html file and put a file upload box in it and put the action to another server, doesn't mean it'll do anything.

You should scan your PC for any rat or may be there something in you backup files.

MyBB's security is adequate. It is either your hosting company's security or your own which is not adequate.
I would try changing hosts, changing the passwords used on the forums (admin account) and for the hosting/FTP/MySQL accounts.
Make sure that the backup you are using is not compromised somehow. Ensure that no users have administrator permissions that shouldn't and that all the MyBB files are from a fresh MyBB download.
