How can i remove whole this form?

Open Member Templates > member_register > find the following and remove;

Now find;

<td width="50%" class="trow1" valign="top">

and Change 50 to 100

You shouldn't just remove those form elements. Set them to hidden.

Yes, this would be more appropriate since the values of these options needs to be inserted along with registrations.

I tried hiding it with some html code i found on the internet.

- Now i destroyed the whole and lost all the code -_- , its white page now.

Revert it and start over. You can't just cOmment it out. Will clarify once I get home if nobody else explained it.

I don't even know from where i deleted it, great..

It must become of the registration templates?

Now i pasted it back, and i only got the stuff that i wanted to remove is showing, not the rest.. :s

Please post the current template here so we can look at it.
