yea you can
but i don't recommend you to delete the admins group
but any other groups you can delete them or just edit them
if you want staff instead of moderators just change the name instead of making a new group , if you got any further questions i will be happy to answer them for you , and you mean cyrylica not "cyrlica" right ?

how to install :
1-move all the files in your ftp
2-go to your ACP > configuration > Plugins > and activate it
second shoutbox (i recommend you to use this one ):

1- move all files to your ftp
2- go to your ACP > configuration > Plugins > and activate it
3- ACP > configuration > Settings > ChangUonDyU > Chatbox URL > enter your chatbox url
example :
http://internetismygame.com/forum/chatbox
if you got your forum installed on your website without a folder like mine
then do it like this
http://internetismygame.com/chatbox
3- ACP > templates and themes > templates > your theme templates > expand > index templates > index find this "{$header}" add this under it "{$changfcb}"
for the theme i recommend you to change it with one of the themes that mybb provide

ftp > images > lust > copy all the files
or go to the folder where you execrated the theme
and copy all the files in the images folder
then go to
ftp > images > paste all the files
this should fix the problem , i think the problem that the images is missing
so this method should fix it

How to put that all members can upload avatars and use singatures? Smile

ACP > users and groups > groups > choose the group to edit > options > edit group > Users and Permissions > check the check boxes that say this Can upload avatars? , Can add a signature?

where I can edit how much is maximum size for avatar?
I added my friend to custom user group that I maked but he is still "Junior Member" why is that?
