I have a small fast growing general discussion forum using MyBB and need to recruit 2 experienced moderators to deal with the growing workload.
The forum encourages opposing opinions which does result in quite a lot of banging heads and I need people who are able to recognize the fine line between strong feelings and abuse.
The positions are currently unpaid but I do plan on changing that in the future as the forum becomes more successful.

The forum is currently just general discussion - although I am planning to build the domain into a full community over time which will have specialist areas like computing although that will not necessarily be in forum form.

Your forum sucks for allowing crap like this.
The forum is built on the basis that freedom of speech and freedom of thought mean no opinion is not allowed. People may express any opinion and be called on to present their reasoning.
The thread you have highlighted has been hugely discussed all across the boards and is one of the reasons I am looking for staff. I need people who are able to accept that however abhorrent some things are to most people there are others who do believe them - and that banning and hiding such things does nothing to stop the people who believe in them - that the only way to combat such stuff is to show how their reasoning is wrong.
I fully appreciate it is not every ones cup of tea and that many people would rather clean such stuff away straight off - I am being totally open about what the forum is and what I am trying to do with it and hoping to find others who see the challenge the same way.

i saw allot of bad things online some of them was really sick but this really ?
It exists. Pretending it doesn't exist does nothing to combat it. I believe in fighting things directly not driving them underground.
Sure I could delete it as soon as it appeared and ban anyone who put it but really what would that achieve other than making the people who believe it go elsewhere and think that the "public" were too scared of their message to meet them face to face.
However that is kind of getting off topic - Again I know my way of doing things is not everyones - I am looking for people who understand my way of doing them. This thread is not supposed to be promoting my forum it is simply to show those interested the forum I am looking for staff for.

You're asking random people you don't know to moderate your board? That just doesn't make sense to me. Promote someone from within, if they are up to it.
If that topic is OK with you, I don't see why you need moderators.
