People's experience and their reviews certainly decides if it's better or not, I believe, and not the company who manufactured or produced some product.

Reviewers and beta testers tend to be among the more advanced users. What will make or break this is how the average user likes it, and whether tech managers give it a fair chance. This is the biggest interface change since Windows 95. I hope this works out okay, and if not, MS is quick to find a solution.
