Forgot to mention name.com. My personal domain (euantor.com) is with them along with one I purchased for wedesignthe.net and I have nothing but good things to say about them either. Quality company.

I have 3 domains with internet.bs after a friend recommended them to me since I was needing a free DDNS service for my home web server.
The only issues I've had with them so far is their DDNS not pointing to the correct server IP and their slow responses via email when you have an issue that their live chat support cannot resolve.

Indeed. However during the outage I was sent multiple update emails and a rather creative apology email from them.
Malfunctions are going to happen with any system; regardless of preparation. They were honest with their customers - and that's all I expect from people and businesses. Mistakes happen.

Wasn't the outage with hosting? I have multiple domains with them and wasn't affected at all.

Yeah I think it was. I only have one account hosted through them and it went down, but all my other domains weren't affected.
