Yes its because we implanted a jquery footer, very sorry about that. Thanks for the comment glad you like the customized version.

Also your tabs are broken because i guess you implemented the jquery footer. Havnt looked at the cause though.
A lot of Jquery has been used in the theme. The slider uses most of it. The tabs are causing trouble as they ar ajax. We'll fix these soon.
Or you can just do the sensible thing and get rid of them.
