I am looking for a theme design I have something in mind like

I am not looking for this to start immediately merely asking for a price and timescale.
Would you also be able to do it in advance, then send it once you receive the $x amount?

I didn't put it down as I want a quote, so the designer names a price, I then name a counter price and we negotiate.

Audentio is under price, if anything the customer is the one who don't have a budget, I really dislike those price comments.

When Andraž Rihtar offered for $70 you really think they would match that price? Yes they are quality but as I said they are overpriced compared to what others offer.
