I FOUND WHAT HAPPENED MY HOST'S SERVER WAS HACKED AND NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS ALL IN SERVER'S /TMP SECTION THEY EXECUTED ALL FILES IN THERE AND IT ADDED 120 <IFRAME> VIRUSE LINES TO CONFIG AND SETTINGS FILES IN INC/

is it safe to make those 2 files now the mybb is installed to CHMOD 0755

config.php should be safe to return to chmod 755, settings.php, however, must remain at 777 in order for you to change your board settings.
