I'm at work right now. When I get home I'll test using that theme.

Before I do, are you using any other plugins that would make a difference?

nothing that modifies the theme or anything like that no. I do have the theme modified ffor 3 columns however i tried this plugin with both the modified version and its original. same results on both.

I installed that theme on localhost and am seeing no errors at all. That doesn't mean that it is not an error in the plugin, but it does make me wonder.

Try validating the HTML on that page with the W3C or some other online validation site. I believe it will be an open <tr> or <td> somewhere in your template setup.

I could be wrong though.

nope nothing. all validated clear. and i checked my modified template under portal and there doesnt appear to be any unclosed tags.

I'm having trouble bouncing between here and GitHub. Lets just take this there please.
