Hi,

My webhost recently showed CPU Limit Exceeded message(I'm out of bandwidth) but I've another hosting and I do have database backups. I've all the files of mybb from old hosting as well.

How can I restore my myy installation to new hosting without reinstalling it ??
God, what's up with you guys keeping 50+ plugins on shared hosting?

Check this thread for migrating hosts(AKA changing hosts)

As for CPU limit, what plugins are you using?

Np and I can browse your site without any error. Did you migrate or are you still seeing this error?
You can absolutely do it without reinstalling. It's best to use a script like this: http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump/

A lot of Database import limits are 50MB or lower, you can upload the .SQL backup file with this .php script file to a file directory on your new server, like /sqlimport/index.php

Edit the .php file to include the database name, username, localhost/ip, and the password. Then you can just import it from your web browser to the new database.

After you upload your backed up forum files from the old host and onto the new one, edit the config file with the new database information, and you should be up & running.

Essentially a forum installation just generates all the database tables and the configuration file. But you already have all that, so a fresh install is not necessary.

I just changed DNS to another blank host then I saw your post and undone it, now I'm on my old host, I think they might reset Bandwidth cutoff.

But my forum is showing out of align Sad for me.

What about you guys ???

Maybe cache problem ?

I'm flushing my cache.

Forum is working when I use VPN !! May be My ISP's problem.
Looks like you are logged in.

Can you provide a test account?

I wouldn't say a cache problem but it could be your internet connection is slow or your site [i]MIGHT[/b] be receiving a DOS attack. Yes DOS and not a DDoS because it looks to be a minor attack if there is any DOS attack.
