Well, to start, you can read docs/install.html. Its tell you in the simplest way how to install it.

BadKitty firstly answer these questions as best as you can below:
1. Where do you want your myBB board installed too?
2. Does your host allow you to create, delete and manage databases? MySQL is needed for myBB to run.
3. Does your host allow you to use PHP scripts?
4. Does you host have a Control Panel? (IE: CPanel etc) and has it got phpMyAdmin installed?
5. Also does it allow you to CHMOD and use FTP?
If you don't understand these questions ask your host these.
