Just wanted to tell that the icon you mention about is an icon (icon-dashboard to be exact) in FontAwesome. FontAwesome is free to use and opensource so i guess there's nothing wrong in using it.

FMB pretty much nailed it, apart from her statement, the alert bar is wider than the container, which is wider than the footer. Those three things should be the same width to keep the flow of the design intact.
I wanna get rid of its psd. I will sell all rights at low price if any1 wanna buy PM me.
There's nothing wrong with using that. He's still a good designer but he could fix it up a little more better.

If you want to get technical, using the UI kit to incoporate into a MyBB theme and then distrubuting said theme does not count as re-distrubting the set itself (or so I believe). It IS allowed for commercial purposes (which infers "redistribution" in this context), so long as credit to MediaLoot has been attributed.
That's how I understand it anyway, but I'm no lawyer.
