For some weird reason when I upgraded to 1.6.10, all of the post count go messed up. It went backwards and one of my members has -1 post, and I don't know how.

I think you mean 1.6.10. MyBB 1.1 was from 2005.
Have you tried recounting and rebuilding the counters in the ACP?
