Somebody help me out, Whenever some users click new reply button in threads or post reply with quick reply its taking to a 404 page. Please somebody help me, But i can post threads.

Its already 644. So what is the problem then?
run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section and check if any files are missing or corrupt

contact your web host whether they have enabled
mod_security for your forum. if so, ask to disable it
or you have to try using
.htaccess to disable mod_security (
see this)
