With the release of the merge system coming in a few months I'd like to collect a consensus of what people want. The boards suggested below will possibly be featured in a later release depending on their popularity.

Already planned for the initial release are: MyBB (Merge), SMF 1.1, phpBB 2, XMB, PunBB, phpBB 3, vB 2, vB 3, IPB 1, IPB 2.

Suggestions for future converters?

Systems here are the less common imports and legacy systems, or they have English hard coded.

A converter for Snitz would be very nice.

You forgot ezboard in that list

I think making a converter from Woltlab Burning Board is worth it.

I think this is perfect as-is.

The MyBB merge, I assume is to combine two MyBB boards together (GREAT idea, btw).  Will this work with older version of MyBB or will you have to upgrade the older forum to 1.2.2 first?

You should upgrade the old to 1.2.2 first as you'd face import difficulties if not, I believe.

I would net a FudForum converter at all. Requesting since 2 year...

I also need a FudForum converter as fast as possible, is there any chance to help you by developing? Just anything we can do to fasten up the release of the merge system?

I believe the core of the merge system is essentially complete - all that is being worked on how are the actual converters.

If you'd like to be of any assistance with the development of the converters (one for FudForum) you should contact Tikitiki to see if he'd like your assistance.

I have a small request for the smf converter.

The passwords will not be converted from smf to mybb, right?
Is it possible to intergrate a module which sends emails with new passwords to all users after a conversation?
