I can confirm this error. If a new user doesn't fill in the required fields, they are supposed to get the "you need to go back and enter field" error, not a php error.

the php error is because the fix requires other updated files. I'll remove the fix and you guys will have to wait for 1.2.3 which should be out in a week.
