Yes opera does have that, Omar just right click, inspect element.

I know how to do it, I just don't know what you expect me to find so I don't know what to look for

Might not be the most elegnt, but adding overflow-y: hidden to the #page seems to fix the issue ?

Uploading images of it right now on an Android device, 720p screen, Android 4.4 and Chrome browser if that matters.

Navbar is messed up everywhere but blog, community and docs, the sidebar (yellow thing) is also a bit eh. This may be a browser issue, but I don't get it on other sites so.
