I'm having the exact same issue as OP after updating the site to 1.8 and started using your theme. I've installed it only couple of hours ago.

What could be the issue? The site's online and never have been served on localhost. Is there any way I can fix this?

As far as I can say restive asks for jQuery, so jQuery should be included before that. also the options variable. I cannot think of anything else to help.

I've tried adding the restive.js, trigger code and noconflict codes below the script definitions, it only brought more errors.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated,

OP already figured out it was a language problem causing his issue, nothing to do with the theme

Where are you getting these errors tho?

iAndrew - Everywhere. Forum index, showthread, etc. in short, evetywhere restive.js is included.
