I upload the templates onto my forum and all the sudden, all my icons (from smiley to the "there is no new post") simply gone. I donno why.

Seems you have invalid image directory specified.
What is your site url?

how can I check it?

1. Set the image directory correctly in ACP >> Themes >> Your Theme >> Image Directory
2. Make sure that the images exists inside the image directory set above
3. Open global.css, search for "url" and check whether the paths are correctly set

Yes, I have check the first point ( image directory ),


but the second and third point "global.css" part, I don't see anything about the icon.

I took the trouble and get a copy of the "global.css", please help me and take a look:





Do I need to add or modify anything?

Sorry, I guess the global.css is a bit too long to read. Let me ask the other way, what should I look for in global.css in related to the icon stuff?

You need to upload all the images here http://www.deutschesvaterland.com/images/custombrown/on.png

NOT http://www.deutschesvaterland.com/images/on.png

they should be in the custombrown folder

First make sure the second point is done... i dont see the images either in root or the custombrown directory...
