it goes in the replacement box in the admin cp "Custom Mycode" (find Message Filters and it should be under there) or just look in the picture below

MyCode Description:

Regular expression:

Replacement:

Just for some forum fun and usually used just like the spoiler tag but with a pop-up than a black box which you need to highlight
