I tried every possible step to fix Seo plugin but it just wont work.
its some sort of htaccess error i think is causing the issue.

Google SEO plugin doesn't need a fix - it works with the right installation and .htaccess settings.
add to .htaccess

Ok....there is the same stuff as I've written before.
1.) Click in plugin overview Google SEO "Revert changes to core files"
2.) Add the content of the white area in a clean .htaccess file on server forum root
3.) Click in plugin overview Google SEO "Apply changes from to files"
