Hi Smile

Some of my members are reporting that they cant see any picture attachments

Any idea what the problem may be?

http://talk-thailand.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=556

The attachments are towards the bottom of the thread

Also they are reporting that they keep getting logged out for some reason and cant stay logged in
Do they get any page error?
I can also see you have set permissions to view attachements.. make sure they have the permission to.

I can see that your cookie settings are fine, is only 1 person having this? are you also having this issue?

One more thing.. are you using any redirection, or domain masking?

regards
No page errors were reported just that they cant see the attachments (they can see the words Attached File(s) but NOT the image)

Where are permissions to view attachments set?

1 person today has reported this but I have had very limited reports of it b4

I myself havent had a problem with either issue

The domain is redirected from http://talk-thailand.com/ to http://talk-thailand.com/forum/ via redirects in CP

Thanks for your help with this!
Oh you are talking about the Thumbnails not the actuall attached image.

I Can see the thumbnails from here in ur site.
Yep the actual thumbnails in the post, they can not see them

Like the one below

On the other issue of re-directs, the way that I have it set up now, would that cause any problems
http://talk-thailand.com/forum/attachmen...umbnail=15

Ask them what happens when they go to that URL - does it show the image or not?
The member just reported that they can see the image when clicking on the URL that you posted but doesn't see the thumbnail in the post
This happened once for someone where some people can see thumbnails others dont... ask your members to check if they have a firewall.
Well actually they cant see the thumbnails at all. This is what they see
was this picture taken from FF or IE?
