The problem is not in container or wrapper. There's parts of your site that fall outside the wrapper and causing your site to distort. Look at the footer. You should not have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page

As a test, find this in your footer template

and remove it, then see if that fixes the alignment issue at the bottom

Ok, you can put that back. There's probably a number of templates that need looking at. BTW the site looked better with the CSS I gave for the body and wrapper, because now your last posts cut off.
