I'm using mybb 1.8, which I updated to after using 1.6, and for some reason, avatars and sigs won't show up in posts. Avatars will show up in profiles, but for sigs, it just shows the URL, in both posts and profiles. What can I do to fix it? I have no plugins activated at the moment.
can you provide your forum URL so we can take a better look?
in ACP->Configuration->Settings->Show Thread Options -> Maximum Avatar Dimensions in Posts, what dimensions do you have set?
have you tried to see if avatares show up on postbit on another theme? sigs look fine to me on posts tho.
I have it set to 200x300. I've tried swapping themes but the problems still persist.
for the template width of avatars is 0. Can you post the template "postbit_avatar" of the theme?

what plugins do you have? have you tried disable all plugins?

With the exception of Hello World! and Register Time, all the plugins are incompatible with the current version of myBB and thus don't work. Hello World and Register Time are deactivated.
Okay, it's been fixed. Sigs show up and so do avatars, though avatars have transparency problems.
