Alright so I have all of my forums set up and they should be showing up on the home page here. They aren't hidden or anything so I have no idea what to do to solve this issue... Thanks

Is this a merged forum or a clean installation?

Clean installation.

Check your forum permissions (view forums, etc), maybe there's something changed over there.

Permission to view is checked...

check index template of the theme - does it consist of code {$forums} ?

Add it under {$header}
