hello I want to remove portal from my form 
i have closed the both the thg using close option in the admin  panel but when I installed new 
Again it came back although in admin panel it shows close 

It is possible that you may have switched portal off in admin panel but the theme you are using is having portal included in header template.
Manually remove the line which contains portal.html and see it should be removed for you.
Just check that portal is disabled in admin cp -> general Settings as well.

For remove the portal in the menu, you need to edit the header template of your theme and remove the code that shows the Portal.
