if you want to remove from postbit, maybe you can check here

ACP » Board Settings » Posting

Show Posting IP Addresses » checklist Do not show IP

If you want to remove it completely. Go to your theme > templates > psotbit (or postbit_classic depending on what you're using) and find {$post['iplogged']} and remove that
