Hi,

Mass Mail is not sending, it status is stuck Queued for the past 1 hour and has not sent to the members yet.

Does anyone know how to fix this? (Screenshot here - Hosted by PostImage.org)

Email Customising:

Also, is there away of making different emails get sent out for different things? Like for example:
And customising the title for that email account, like for example:
  • Newsletter ---- Your Forums Name Monthly or Weekly Newsletter
  • Forums Account Updates ----  Your Forums Name Account Updates
You should be able to configure different emails in the ACP. As for them sending, they'll be sent with a task that will be triggered when people visit the forum. Just to check the correct code is there, can you paste your footer template here?
@MorganB you can check Task Logs to check if mass mail task was executed.
Admin CP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Task Manager -> Task Logs

Thanks, it finally sent after couple of hours. @chack1172
Okay yeah it has the code I was after, they may just take a while to process, but you can also manually run it and process the queue in the ACP.

Okay thanks. Also, do you know how to make different emails get sent out for different things (as I said in the first post)? If that's possible?
You can just create them in the ACP; every time you use the Create New Mailing form, you can send whatever content you want to whoever you want each time.

Okay. Where abouts in the ACP is it? Is it "Mail Settings"?
You must have already gone there to send your first mail; ACP > Users & Groups > Mass Mail > Create New Mailing > create as many as you like.
