MyBB Community Forums

I'm in the process of building my own site and have looked at and tried lots of different web apps and MyBB has what i'm looking for I hope as it's part of this website. I would like to know what plugin/template is used to create this page:

My intention is to build a site for the game RUST and Fortify (app used for designing buildings for RUST) and allow users to upload their building to share with the community. Any ideas are welcome...

It is maded by the staff, I think no plugins, you can use the plugin MyDownloads but it is a premium plugin.
