Ticket system that allows users to submit tickets with a drop down list of subjects set by admin. May set permission on which users may see what tickets. Example, moderators see complaints about abuse, admin sees messages about user wanting to advertise.
Users can create tickets from their control pannel, moderators handle tickets from their control pannel.
Users must chose one of the pre defined ticket subjects in order for the form to process. At least one subject must exist.
Offering a $100 bounty for this if finished by August 31st.
This has been requested by a lot of people, and a very basic plugin does exist, but we need a better one. I'd say anyone interested might wanna start by taking a look at the already developed plugin.
